About Us

The overruling providence of God worked purposefully for years to bring about the establishment of Providence Baptist Church in the fall of 1996.  The congregation began as a Bible Study in Brownsburg, Indiana and eventually grew into the church that presently meets at 1599 E. Township Line Road, Plainfield, Indiana.  The church is largely made up of young families with a growing number of children and young people.  The church is characterized by a people who love the truth and hold faithfully to God’s free and sovereign grace in Christ.  The members of Providence Baptist Church long to see God do a work that can only be explained by acknowledging what great things God has done.
